Charles "Charlie" R. Kimball

February 17, 1929 - January 23, 2018

Charles “Charlie” R. Kimball, 88, was a lifelong resident of Clark County passed away peacefully in his sleep Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in Nevada. He was born February 17, 1929 to late Alice B (Kearfott) Schloss and Charles S. Kimball. Charlie was an Enon resident for 50 years, member of a Barbershop Quartet for 43 year, enjoyed golfing for over 50 years. He was an inventor and mechanical wiz, retired from Econ-o-Mach products of Donnelsville. Graduated with the Springfield High School class of 1947 and was on their class committee for many years. He loved woodworking and rebuilt old Singer and White sewing machines. Charlie is survived by his son, Michael of Carson City, Nevada, a daughter, Connie of Urbana, three grandchildren; Nicole (Daniel), Gregory, and Whitney, eight grandchildren, numerous friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Peg, a grandson, Christopher, three sisters, and a brother. Memorial Celebration service will be conducted 1:00 pm, March 17, 2018 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon.
