Mr. George Ronald Chenault

October 4, 1946 - April 13, 2022

George Ronald Chenault was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 4, 1946 to George E. and Opal (Hughes) Chenault. He was veteran of the United States Army, having served in Germany and Vietnam. After his service in the armed forces, George worked as a law enforcement officer in the area for 36 years. He is survived by his wife, Mary Chenault; children, Elena (Timothy) Petrak, Anthony Chenault, and Cherie (Tom Morrill) Chenault; grandchildren, Lauren and Katelin Chenault, and Emory, Ellen, and Evaline Morrill; sisters, Nancy McCray and Beverly Chenault; brother, Brian Chenault; and many other loving relatives and friends. George enjoyed riding his motorcycles and traveling all over the world with his wife and friends. He was a lifetime member of the Blue Knights LEMC, Fraternal Order of Police and the American Legion. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 10am at Dayton National Cemetery.
