Scott C. McNeely Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Scott C. McNeely, 26 of Holiday, Florida, formally of Enon, Ohio, passed away last week in his home. He was born April 11, 1987 in Dayton to Charles and Debbie McNeely. Scott was a Greenon Graduate class of 2005 and Springfield CCTC. He previously attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Daytona State College. He was employed at Gilco Spring Company in Oldsmar, Florida. He was a precision machinist. He enjoyed model rocketry, photography and music of all types and enjoyed watching Shuttle launches from the Florida shores. He was a wonderful big brother and son and a friend to all he met. He is survived by his parents, a sister, Amy McNeely of Enon, a brother, Kyle McNeely of Enon, grandparents, Ken and Wilma McNeely of Fairborn, Several aunts; Patty (Shawn) Hessler, cousins Paul, Katelynn and Thomas. Christy (Michael) Lorton, cousins Alex (Julie), Jessica, Holly and Hillary. Carol Duffy, cousin Caitlin (Bobby) Porter, cousins Ada and Claire. Karen (Joe) Beekman, cousins Phillip, Kimberly and Jillian. Several uncles; Mike (Kim) Bullion, cousins Julie and Jessica (Nick) Forbeck. Ken Bullion, cousins Todd and Blake. Ray (Diana) Bullion, cousin Jennifer and Aurora. Four great aunts; Bonnie Brondhaver, Linda Cumberland, Brenda Braddock, Mona Lee McNeely. Three great uncles; Terry Braddock, Ron Bullion, James Bullion. Special family friends, The Grants. He was preceded in death by a sister Kellie and his maternal grandparents Ray and Barbara Bullion. Visitation will be conducted 12:00 pm Friday, November 15, 2013 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon with services to follow at 1 pm, with pastor Craig Fourman of Abiding Christ Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will follow the service in Byron Cemetery. Scott was a huge follower of Team Timecar - Team #15 in the Fireball Run Adventurally also known as The Race to recover America's Missing Children.
